Creative Party commences liquidation proceedings
Creative Party, including its Anniversary House brand, notified creditors on December 8, 2023, about its decision to initiate voluntary liquidation proceedings for the company's winding-up.

Established officially in 1986 under the cake decorating brand Anniversary House, the company, led by Michael Forder since September 2007, gained popularity for its own brand and licensed ranges spanning cake decoration, partyware, and balloons.
The most recent publicly available accounts, for the year ending December 31, 2022, indicated total equity of £494,168. Meanwhile, creditors, encompassing bank loans and taxation at the time of account filing, stood at £1,055,358.
Creative Party has revealed its decision to terminate the distribution agreement with Creative Converting. Instead, a new trading entity named Special Products for Special Cakes will commence operations on December 18. This entity will prioritize Anniversary House Cake Decorations and exclusive party products.
While Creative Party is concluding its existence, the celebration's legacy will persist as the restructuring refocuses on the company's roots. The company assures customers that despite bidding farewell to one aspect of its business and the old company identity, they are excited to channel their energy into elevating Anniversary House Cake and Bake. The company expresses confidence that customers will embrace this new chapter with the same warmth and enthusiasm shown over the years.
